金融工具

金融工具（ financial instruments） 是指在金融市场中可交易的金融资产。不同形式的金融工具具有不同的金融风险。金融工具分为2大类：现金类和衍生类。现金类分为证券类和其他现金类（如贷款，存款）。衍生类分为交易所交易的金融衍生品和柜台(OTC)金融衍生品。另外，也可以根据财产类型分为债务型和所有权型。
